We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality and care.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At G.J Walker Collective, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
